We had a lovely stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool area was a real highlight. Staff were friendly and always ready to help, especially Aya at Reception. The location is perfect, right across from a mall. Just a few areas could use some updates.

The hotel was clean and beautiful, had accommodating staff and wonderful rooms. Location: the venue was near to the city centre, groceries, malls, restaurants and other attractions in Ras Al Khaimah. Went to Aqua Pool Bar for drink or two, set just a short stroll away from the hotel.

This hotel is a fantastic find! The rooms are spacious and clean, plus the mountain view from the balcony is lovely. The location is super convenient, right in the city center and close to shopping areas. Breakfast is a great deal for just a small extra charge, offering enough variety to start the day well. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Some rooms could use a bit of refreshing.

I had a decent time at this hotel! The location is super convenient, right across from a mall with plenty of shopping options. I really enjoyed the breakfast; it had a nice variety that catered to different tastes. Plus, the room was quite spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind.

There were some downsides. The carpets felt pretty unclean , and despite being on a higher floor, I could still hear club noise from below. The bathrooms could use some updates too, and it felt like the hotel needed a bit more attention to upkeep overall. Improvements in these areas would really enhance the experience!

The unit was well-maintained and had outstanding decor. the setting of the hotel is unbeatable and amazing, located in a very pleasant area near Al Manar Mall and Royal View. It's also within walking distance to Al Manar Mall.

The hotel is conveniently located near stores like Life Pharmacy. It was a pleasant stroll away from KFC, perfect for grabbing some food. - the room was outstanding, brand-new, and came with a balcony and WiFi. - I enjoyed the mountain view.

The accommodations here come in decent sizes and are stocked with all the toiletries you may need.
